Most custom orders are completed within 3-5 business days. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. We'll provide you with an estimated completion date when you place your order via WhatsApp.
We primarily work with high-quality wood including oak, walnut, cherry, and maple. Each piece is carefully selected for its grain and durability. We also offer acrylic and leather options for certain products.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before we begin production. Once engraving has started, we cannot accept cancellations. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make changes.
Currently, we ship within the United States only. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
We take great care in packaging all items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Absolutely! We love working on custom projects. Send us your ideas, sketches, or reference images via WhatsApp or Custom Order form. and we'll create a proof for your approval before production begins. Custom designs may require additional time and cost.
We accept Venmo. Payment is required before we begin production. We'll send you payment instructions via Custom order page when you place your order.
